Bus Driver of the Year 2011
Congratulations Kenny Kim!
Kenny is an outstanding Bus Driver. One nomination Kenny received sums this up perfectly:
"There may be more than one Driver who always ensures the bus is clean and smells nice. There may be more than one Driver who is always on time. And there may be more than one Driver who is polite and says "hello" and "goodbye". But I am certain there is only one Driver who marks my travel10 with smiley faces, cause there is only one Kenny! Kenny is happy. He always smiles and greets his passengers. He is proud of the job he does and he does it with confidence,
professionalism and style. Kenny enjoys his job and does it well naturally! He doesn't have to try to be pleasant, cause he just is...he's Kenny, my favourite Bus Driver!"

Congratulations Bruce Holmes!
From the first week Bruce started, there have been comments made on the quality of work he does. Many Drivers have continually made positive comments about him, not only to Alan, but also to Operations and Office staff, along with direct comments to Bruce. The look of the yard has greatly improved since he started working here and he has taken on many jobs that are over and above the call of duty!

The new MyZone system will offer passengers an easier and simpler fare structure and allow the opportunity for the traveller to use all modes of public transport with one ticket purchase.
Discounting on Faresaver Cards no longer available

As part of the simplification and reform process of the fare structure being introduced by the NSW Government initiative MyZone, Transdev - Shorelink Buses wish to advise customers that from the 18th April 2010, the current discounting on our Faresaver Cards will no longer be available. However, cards can still be purchased, as they still offer great convenience.

It's a Bus!
Here at Transdev - Shorelink Buses, we are very excited to announce that around 50% of our fleet are low-floor / easy access buses! They look fantastic and are hard at work around the North Shore! These buses cater for up to 2 wheelchairs and dip to the ground to allow easier boarding and disembarking. They are also air-conditioned, to ensure passenger comfort and have 4 CCTV cameras on board, for greater passenger safety. To increase convenience, most of these buses also have destination panels on the front, back and side, so the route is easily recognisable. Keep an eye out for more of these buses arriving, as we work hard to offer you the best in comfort and safety. These buses are a fantastic addition to our great fleet!
